The construction company "Nadia" began its activity in 1993, engaged in the reconstruction of production shops and landscaping. The founders of the enterprise are two brothers, Kazarian Andranik Telmanovych and Frunze Telmanovych. Today, the company is engaged in the construction of residential buildings and commercial objects in the city of Cherkasy, the region, and other regions of Ukraine.

As of 2023, 20 high-rise buildings and more than 30 industrial facilities have been built during the company's activity. More than 400 specialists work in the state, including economists and managers, mechanics, energy engineers, designers, electric welders, and facade workers. Each of them is an experienced professional in his field.
